Project Introduction
The Jingdezhen Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Pilot Project is divided into three areas: Changnan Expansion Zone, High speed Railway Business Zone, and Jingdong Zone. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2017 and enter full operation in 2018. The total investment for project construction is approximately 2.685 billion yuan. Among them, the investment amount in Changnan Expansion Zone is 284 million yuan, with 2 pilot projects (Line 1 and Line 2) and the construction of 4.1 kilometers of underground pipe galleries, funded by the government. There are 4 types of pipelines entering the gallery, including water supply, electricity, communication, broadcasting and television, and other reserved pipe positions. At present, the construction of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery pilot project in Changnan Expansion Zone has been completed and is undergoing trial operation.
The total investment of the high-speed railway business district and Jingdong area project is 2.401 billion yuan. The project operates in PPP mode, with a cooperation period of 25 years (including a construction period of 2 years). The equity ratio is 5% held by the government and 95% held by social capital. There are 8 pilot projects for high-speed rail business districts (Zhanqian Second Road, Zhanqian Fourth Road, Chaoyang East Avenue, High speed Rail Avenue, Jianshe Avenue, Zhanqian North Road, Hejiaqiao North Section, and High speed Rail Jingyi Road), with an underground pipe gallery of 16.5 kilometers and 7 types of pipelines entering the gallery, including water supply, rainwater, sewage, gas, electricity, communication, broadcasting and television, and other reserved pipe positions. Three pilot projects (Jingde Avenue, Hejiaqiao Road, Taoyu Road) are planned to be built in the Jingdong area (old city district), with an underground pipe gallery of 10.3 kilometers and six types of pipelines entering the gallery, including water supply, sewage, gas, electricity, communication, radio and television, and other reserved pipe positions.
