During the production process, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed are monitored and adjusted in real-time by the central control system, ensuring that each roll of waterproof membrane meets the unified high-quality standard.
II. Flexible Production of Diverse Products
The production line has a strong flexible production capacity and can quickly switch to the production of more than 10 mainstream products, including butyl rubber waterproof membranes, SBS modified bitumen waterproof membranes, and polymer self-adhesive membranes. Through modular equipment combination and intelligent parameter adjustment, it can flexibly meet the personalized customization needs of different customers. Whether it is a conventional specification or a special size and performance requirement, it can achieve efficient production and delivery.
III. Environmentally-friendly and Energy-saving Production Process
An environmentally-friendly production process is introduced, equipped with an exhaust gas purification treatment system and a wastewater recycling device. The removal rate of volatile organic compounds generated during the production process reaches over 98%, and the reuse rate of wastewater after treatment exceeds 70%. At the same time, the production line adopts an energy-saving heating technology and a waste heat recovery system, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared with traditional production lines, and achieving green and efficient production.
IV. Strict Quality Inspection System
A full-process quality inspection laboratory is established, equipped with advanced testing equipment such as a tensile testing machine, a water impermeability tester, and an aging test chamber. Each batch of products needs to undergo 18 performance tests, including tensile strength, low-temperature flexibility, water resistance, and aging resistance, ensuring that the product quality complies with national standards such as GB 18173.1-2012 and international industry specifications, providing customers with reliable waterproof protection.
